What is Postpay?
Postpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

How do I use Postpay?
Once you are ready to purchase the items to cart and after entering all your information and selecting your shipping preferences, you will be able to choose Postpay on the payment method page. It’s that easy!

Please note that you must meet eligibility requirements to qualify.

Can I use Postpay if I’m an international customer?
Postpay is only offered to our customers who have a valid UAE ID and address.

Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Postpay.

How does the payment schedule work?
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method.

When will my items be delivered if I use Postpay?
Postpay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping time frame after you complete your order online.

No, there's no transaction limit imposed by Postpay.

 What if I can’t pay an Postpay installment?
