Returns & Exchanges - UAE

If you wish to return your items, please send us a request via email at support@mysandaly.com, within 7 days from the day of delivery

We can accept return and exchanges only once without any charge, unless stated otherwise, and always subject to stock availability. 

International Returns

If you wish to return your items, please send us a request via email at support@mysandaly.com, within 30 days from the day of delivery. 

Returned items will only be accepted if they have not been used and are in the original condition.

Return courier charges will be covered initially by Sandaly, and later deducted from the refunded amount (as per Standard delivery charges for the country of departure), unless stated or agreed otherwise.

We do not offer exchanges for international orders; if you would like a different model, size or variety, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

Please Note:

- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging and placed inside a protective outer box/bag for shipping. Any branded items placed inside the box (ie. dust bag, paper, etc...) is considered part of the product and must be returned.

- In case the item results used/damaged, we reserve the right of not accepting the return and not refund the purchase.

- When trying on the sandals, please do not mark the soles or damage the shoe bag or box. We highly recommend when trying on the sandals to stand on a carpeted floor in order to protect the soles from marks.

- Once the sandals have been collected, an online refund will be arranged. Courier is not, at any time and in any case, responsible for refunds.  

- For all purchases, refunds will be issued electronically directly to the credit card of the customer. Alternatively, customer can receive, if preferred, an e-voucher of the same invoice amount (excluding eventual delivery charges), with a validity of 6 months from date of issue. 

- All cash-on-delivery purchases will be refunded exclusively through e-voucher. Cash-on-delivery payment is currently available only in UAE.

- Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
