Delivery Policy:
Sandaly LLC aims to satisfy its customers and guarantee a seamless online shopping experience.
We work to deliver within the time frames mentioned below; however, it's possible to experience short delays in receiving your shipment due to reasons outside of our control but, as in all aspect of your experience with Sandaly, we are committed to deliver your purchased goods in the fastest possible timeframe.

Local: UAE:
- Free of charge, shipping is 1 to 2 working days from order confirmation
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the link to monitor your order delivery in real time.
International deliveries:
- Free Shipping for all orders via DHL Express; 1-2 days to process orders, plus 2 to 5 working days shipping times.

If you wish to change the address before the shipping process, make sure to promptly send us an email at hello@mysandaly.com or contact us on our Instagram/Facebook profiles, and our team will be happy to assist you.
Please Note:
- If you received a confirmation that your order has been dispatched, any request to change the shipping address might involve a delay of the delivery and might not be entertained if the shipment has already left our warehouse.
- We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge if your order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.
- We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our control, ie. when you are not available to receive your order, or if you request the courier to postpone the delivery.
Custom & Duties:
If you're ordering outside of the UAE, your order may be subject to customs and import duties.
Sandaly LLC has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you exactly how much it may cost you, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (VAT, custom duties/tariffs, taxes, fees etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
