The platform hosting our website does not allow currency conversions on checkout page. We are aware of this and we are waiting for the platform to update and improve. In any case, feel safe completing your purchase; you will be charged as per the current exchange between AED and your local currency, at no extra cost.
We are sorry you decided to cancel your order. If the order has not yet been dispatched (or you did not receive any communication from our side about it), you can simply send us an email reporting your order number, name and contact number so we can easily track your purchase. Once we receive your order cancellation, we will refund your credit card account used for the purchase, excluding any shipping costs paid upon ordering. All Sandaly products come with a 30-days warranty on production defects.
This means we will happily replace or repair your Sandaly in the fastest delay possible.
This does not include damages due to improper usage of your sandals, or damages due to exposure to corrosive materials or liquids (including, but not limited to, sea water, sand, rocks/stones, construction materials).

We are an online-only store, which means our sandals can be found exclusively on our website.
This choice is due to keep our product exclusive and our pricing competitive, as it avoids the hefty commissions and fees from standard middlemen (shops, boutiques, department stores, etc...).
This way we can keep an eye on the production as well., minimizing the risks of unsold stock, which is bad for business but especially for the environment!
Occasionally, though, we display our products at pop-up stores, temporary markets and exbhitions.

In order to make your purchase experience the smoothest possible, we created a Size Chart including the EU, UK and US measurements, plus the actual size of the sandals in mm.

There is a reason!
The leather used for our sandals is natural and untreated.
No chemicals nor any other protective layer/film is added to the leather. This means there might be some small imperfections like small discolorations, dark and clear shadows, as well as minuscule holes in the logo side of the sole, due to the fact that the sandals are kept upside-down on sharp tools during the production phase. Apart those, very small and almost unnoticeable details, all sandals are made with expertise and extreme care to give you the best product possible!
